FLOODS WARNING: Mohd Lokman Hakim, 12, paddling a fibreglass boat near his house in Kampung Paloh Nyior, Hulu Terengganu today (Thursday) after the nearby Sungai Telemung overflowed its banks due to intermittent rain over the past 24 hours. The waters subsided several hours later and there were no evacuations. The current monsoon has brought about intermittent showers along most parts of Terengganu in the past three days, putting the authorities on standby for floods. - NST pix by Imran Makhzan
